Right now the scientific names on some species do not show on the site - we are working to fix this problem which should be solved after the back-up this morning.

Many of our members have asked for a function where you get an overview of your bird families. How many species of Kingfishers are there, and how many of these have I observed? This new function is now available for our Premium members! We also built it so that you can see the same thing on genus level. Plus we have added which top 3 countries have most species within the family respectively genus.

You find your personal overview under Lists > My Family List Overview. If you are not yet a Premium member, it is very easy to upgrade your membership here. Your remaining days on Standard will automatically be taken into consideration, so you can upgrade at any time. Premium members also benefit from a number of other services like the Bird subspecies assignment tool (video here), the Report Generator (video here), etc.
