Gull-billed Tern Gelochelidon nilotica affinis

In amongst all the Gull billed Terns, one was noticeably different. Standing beside the others it had shorter legs, very skinny legs, a shorter bill that was straiter and finer. Many of the others had a solid cap but some were less so. However the different bird was again noticeably different: slight speckling on side of head plus the mark behind the eye was below the centreline of the eye and smudged up into the speckling.
